Shipping & Delivery
We endeavour to ship your completed order within one to two business days as long as the stock is available at our warehouse. Should this not be possible, we will ensure to contact you to advise you of when your order can be fulfilled. As we utilise a number of shipping methods, with varying delivery times. Signature on Delivery We require a signature on delivery. Goods will not be left outside a premise without a signature for security reasons, unless by express request from you. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours, however alternative arrangements can be made on request. If you request us to deliver to an unattended address, you agree to assume all responsibility for loss or theft. Oversized or bulky items Oversized or bulky goods may incur additional freight charges. You will be contacted for approval before dispatch. If you do not approve of the additional delivery charge and do not want to go ahead, just cancel your order. Special freight arrangements We value our regular customers. Delivery to a post office box We are able to deliver items via Express Post within Australia or other Australia Post services to a PO Box, with a signature required for collection. Couriers cannot deliver to post boxes and our delivery is not complete until we get a ‘proof of delivery’. That includes name, date, time and signature. Please contact us to discuss any special requirements you might have. Export outside Australia Yes, but the items we export are limited and the places we deliver are limited. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, Organise to drop off or mail your item. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
